기대 이상! 체크인/아웃이 산뜻했고, 매우 친절하고 도움이 되는 리셉셔니스트들이 공항 교통편을 저렴한 가격에 도와주었고 이 도시에서 추천할 만한 곳도 몇 개 있었습니다. 호텔은 현대적으로 디자인되었고 고급 설비와 가구로 장식되어 있었습니다. 사우나 시설이 있었고, 엘리베이터는 없었지만 계단만으로도 충분했습니다. 방이 너무 마음에 들었고, 도착하기 전에 에어컨이 이미 켜져 있어서 매우 친절한 배려였습니다(여름이거든요). 모든 것이 잘 작동했고 디자인이 훌륭했고, 샤워실과 화장실이 분리되어 있었지만 충분히 밝지 않았습니다. 샤워실 밖에 욕조가 있어서 분위기가 고급스럽고 세련되었습니다. 스쿠터 대여가 저렴한 가격에 가능하고, 주변에 식당과 카페가 있어서 번거로움이 없습니다. 이번 숙박에 지불한 가격과 비교하면 경쟁력이 있고, 저렴한 가격에 고품질을 제공합니다. 감사합니다.

제국 도시에 가까운 매력적인 부티크 호텔입니다. 객실은 멋지게 장식되어 있었지만 조금 어두웠습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 유익했습니다.

Second stay at The Chum and still one of the cutest and most comfortable small hotels in Hue. Ground floor double room with city view was very cosy with big four poster bed, nice quality duvet and pillows. Little secluded outside space with patio table and chairs for a quiet glass in the evening. A little walk from Hue centre but the riverfront promenade is just round the corner and is a very pleasant stroll into town in the evening. Easy to either walk back the same way or to book a very cheap Grab. Only minor issue was that the fridge was all but useless, to such a degree that the room was cooler when the Aircon was on.. Otherwise very lovely and we would definitely stay again.

Decent rooms near the citadel. Service is really good. The receptionist went out of his way to get me a big bottle of water with a smile on his face. Downside is that it is stairs only, but staff seem to be willing to help you carry luggage up.
