버스 정류장과 가까워서 밤에 조용하고 편안하게 쉴 수 있습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 매우 넓어서 큰 캐리어도 충분히 들어갈 수 있습니다. 온수 시스템도 좋고 수압도 강하고 에어컨도 시원하고 침대도 아주 푹신합니다. 관광지는 아니지만, 현지인들이 많다는 장점이 있습니다. 아침 식사도 가능하고 가격도 저렴하며 너무 붐비지 않습니다. 공항으로 가는 것도 편리합니다.

지난번에 여기 왔을 때보다 큰 TV가 생겼어요. 정말 더 좋아졌어요!

10일 동안 머물렀는데 꽤 괜찮았습니다. 집주인이 중국어를 좀 하더군요. 예약 후 **트 비밀번호, 객실 카드 위치, 객실 카드 수령 비밀번호, 셀프 체크인을 안내하는 이메일이 전송됩니다. 나는 베트남어나 영어를 이해하지 못하고 중국인은 이메일을 읽는 습관이 없습니다. 도착했을 때에도 씨트립과 호스트에게 연락해 체크인을 도와주었습니다. 감사합니다! 방은 매우 크고, 큰 마스터 침실, 완벽한 시설, 빠른 Wi-Fi 속도를 갖추고 있으며, 방은 매우 깨끗하고 냄새가 없으며, 조명이 좋은 발코니와 큰 창문이 있습니다. 방. 옆에 경찰서가 있고 보안이 매우 좋습니다. 문에서 50m 떨어진 곳에 작은 상점 두 개가 있고, 통로에서 멀지 않은 곳에 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다.

Like many of us, I need a good night’s rest, which can be tricky in a city. Hanoi, the capital, relies heavily on motorbikes as the main form of transportation due to the lack of alternatives. People go everywhere on bikes, which means that on weekdays you’ll be disturbed by relentless, almost mindless, non-stop honking. Fortunately, this homestay is located on a calmer side street. I only realized how lucky that was after visiting the old quarter, where the cacophony is so overwhelming that I honestly wonder how people manage to recover their health at night.

The staff here are naturally kind and caring. They greet you with genuine smiles, which is always a great advantage. Even though this is a paid rental, it doesn’t feel purely transactional—the human connection adds real value.

The homestay offers a basic level of security: a coded lock at the main entrance and CCTV in public areas. I’m not sure how effective crime detection is in Hanoi, but the presence of these measures still provides some peace of mind.

I don’t want to post any gross photos here so I’ll just share the bathroom images. It was either cleaned several months ago or never cleaned. It can give us an impression of overall level of standards of cleaning. The floor in the room seemed clean. Same tools are used to clean floors in the common areas and in the bedrooms.
I stayed on the 4th floor. No elevator (and I didn’t see any notice about that), no help to bring luggage upstairs. If you have any movement difficulties you shall be aware of that.
As typical, pictures are heavily edited and taken with wide angle lenses which makes things look better than they are. Room 401 hasn’t been refurbished or renovated properly, just painted quickly by an amateur leaving patchy areas and spilled paint everywhere in big splashes. The tiny balcony door has big holes in it making impossible to air conditioner create healthy atmosphere in the room. I don’t know if it’s possible to sleep there during cold winter time.
The ceiling is leaking on the bed nonstop during and after any rain.
There is no soundproofing at all but being on the 4th floor is rather bearable.

This homestay doesn’t have hot water. I don’t know how they deal with it in winter.
The owner has passed the moment to do the renovation properly. Now I don’t think this homestay is bookable.
