Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, and we had to check out after just one night instead of staying for the full 4-night booking.

The main issue was a strong and pungent smell throughout the house, particularly towards the back of the property near the window area, where there appeared to be a drainage/sewage area behind the property. Upon arrival, all the windows were already open, and we immediately noticed the smell. We later kept the windows closed, but the smell remained. The rooms on Levels 1 and 2, which faced the same side, also had a similar unpleasant smell. The second-floor toilet also had a noticeable smell and already had a fragrance gel inside.

There was an aroma diffuser and fragrance products provided, but these did not resolve the issue. We even purchased our own scented candle and fragrance gel at our own expense to try to make the house more comfortable, but the pungent smell persisted.

There was also a significant mosquito and insect problem throughout the house. Despite keeping the windows closed and using the mosquito spray provided, mosquitoes continued to be present and affected our ability to sleep comfortably. We also found a dead dragonfly inside our Level 3 bedroom. On Level 1, there was a mosquito and cockroach killer placed near the bin area.

We genuinely tried to make the situation manageable using the measures provided and purchasing additional products ourselves, but unfortunately, the issues were not resolved.

As a result, we were unable to comfortably remain at the property and had to check out three nights earlier than planned. This was particularly disappointing as we had booked the property for four nights.

The property itself may have potential, but based on our experience, the persistent smell and mosquito/insect issues significantly affected the comfort and usability of the house during our stay.
