The good: The staff are genuinely nice. The fridge worked, the WiFi was great, the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, and the fan was strong — I mostly slept well. The view was nice but I had to sit by the bath to enjoy.
The room: It didn't look like the online photos, which showed sculpted ceilings, mood lighting, and a rug. That's what I booked for, so the difference was disappointing.
Cleanliness: The room smelled mouldy. I bought an air freshener, which helped. It wasn't serviced once during my week-long stay.
Noise: Soundproofing is poor. I was given a room by the lift, and the noise was significant. There's also a window above the door, and the automatic lights flash on and off through the night — it made it hard to stay asleep.
