맛있는 조식과 훌륭한 위치! 구시가지에서 불과 몇 걸음 거리에 있는 환상적인 호텔입니다! 매일 아침 다양하고 맛있는 조식 뷔페를 즐길 수 있어 정말 좋았습니다. 루프탑 수영장에서 바라보는 환상적인 일몰 뷰는 예술이며, 객실은 깨끗하고 모던합니다. 강력 추천합니다!

이 호텔은 관광 명소로 둘러싸인 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다.

괜찮은 곳이긴 하지만 5성급 호텔이라고 하기엔 너무 작고, 아마 3성급 정도일 거예요. 서비스는 훌륭했지만 호텔 규모가 너무 작고 모든 시설이 비좁아요. 객실 크기는 25제곱미터라고 되어 있지만 실제로는 최대 18제곱미터밖에 안 돼요. 방이 좁다고 할 수도 없어요. 수영장과 헬스장도 마찬가지로 너무 작아요. 다시 말하지만, 서비스는 좋고 깨끗하지만 시설이 너무 좁아요.

가족과 함께 도착했을 때 따뜻한 환영을 받았습니다. 프런트 리셉셔니스트이신 헨리 씨는 매우 전문적이고 친절하셨습니다. 호텔 위치도 구시가지와 가까워 좋았습니다. 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다! 하노이에는 호텔이 많지만, 처음부터 끝까지 세심하게 챙겨주는 곳을 찾기는 정말 어렵습니다.

중심가에 위치하고 직원들이 친절합니다.
수영장은 작지만 더위를 식히기에 좋습니다.

I have pictures of everything I will say. The hotel is by no means a 5* hotel. Upon arrival we are given a very used key card to the room in a sleeve also quite used and dirty (see picture). I don't think this is acceptable in a supposedly 5* hotel. I was traveling with my adult daughter. We asked for an extra key to the room as we have different schedules. We were told they could not give it to us FOR OUR SAFETY. WHAT??? When we insisted they said they did not have key cards (¿?) and they could escort my daughter into the room whenever she wanted to enter. Again not acceptable. Finally, the nonexistent key materialized when I said I could not believe that was happening in a 5* hotel.
Employees were spending the night laying on the lobby couches with their feet on them with no protection (sheet or blanket). Again, BY NO MEANS A 5* hotel. I think that rating is deceptive.
Our room size was supposed to be 25 m2. That was the ultimate reason why I chose this hotel instead of another 5* one with a smaller room. But AGAIN THIS IS DECEPTIVE. Room is Clearly smaller.
Breakfast was good and people working there super nice as were cleaning workers.
Before leaving I left a review on google giving my opinion (anyone can verify this). When I checked out and was going to call for a taxi they said we had a complimentary car to the airport because of the length of our stay. We did not know about that and accepted it insisting we were in a hurry. They said we had to sit to wait for the ride. We did. Then a manager came and HORRIBLY PRESSURED me into erasing the review. She really tried hard to make me feel bad for having given my honest opinion. I told the lady I thought what she was doing was not right I said my complaints had nothing at all to do with her personally or the other employees, but with to the general managing or owners of the hotel, but her pressuring me like that was really not right. Only after I refused many times to change or erase the review, they actually called the taxi.
I wished I knew all this before making the reservation. I hope my experience can help others make a better informed decision.
I am not an exquisite traveler and I very rarely complain. Had this been a 3* hotel I would have smiled at the incidents I have told (except for the coercion at the end), but I really thought I was going to a 5* hotel.
