이 아파트가 처음부터 끝까지 다 알아서 챙겨주는 방식이 너무 마음에 들었어요! 밤 11시에 도착했는데도 직원이 셀프 체크인 정보를 보내주며 도와줬어요. 방은 넓고 깨끗했고, 정말 멋진 창문도 있었어요. 한번 잠들었더니 다음날 아침 10시까지 쭉 잤네요. 주변에 맛집도 많고, 내려가면 음식점과 카페가 천지삐까리예요. 직원분들도 10점 만점에 10점!

이 완전 신축 숙소에 제가 첫 투숙객 중 한 명이었던 것 같아요. 방은 깨끗하고 디자인도 멋졌고, 직원들은 정말 친절했어요. 위치도 편리하고, 욕조와 주방을 포함한 모든 편의 시설이 완비되어 있습니다. 저는 분명 다시 방문할 것입니다.

정말 깨끗하고 실용적인 방에 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있어 가격 대비 만족도가 매우 높습니다. 위치도 훌륭해서 주변에 편의점, 식당, 간단한 식사를 할 수 있는 곳이 많습니다. 생필품을 사거나 백화점에서 볼일을 보기에도 아주 편리합니다.

호텔은 새로 지어졌고, 우리가 첫 투숙객 중 하나였기 때문에 시설이 아주 좋고 깨끗했습니다. 프런트 직원은 쾌활하고 열정적이었으며, 우리가 조금 일찍 체크인할 수 있도록 도와주었습니다.

The location of Pin Truong Quyen is quite convenient, close to many restaurants, cafés, and the Hai Ba Trung and Tan Dinh areas. The room is equipped with all the basic amenities, including a fridge, induction cooker, electric kettle, iron, and hair dryer. The staff were also quite lovely. They helped carry my parents’ luggage all the way up to the room and even gave us a tote bag.

However, the actual experience was very disappointing because the room was much older than what the hotel’s promotional photos suggested. Several things looked worn out, the door was still stained with paint, and paper had been stuffed into part of the door lock to cover it up. Cleaning supplies were also piled up outside the room, giving the impression that the room had not been properly prepared before guests arrived.

Check-in time was not respected either. My family arrived at 2:15 PM, but the room was still not ready, and the staff were still fixing the bathroom light. While waiting at the reception, I could hear the staff discussing the room shortage and the lack of housekeeping staff. We were told to wait five minutes, but in reality, we waited for 20 minutes. I understand that unexpected operational issues can happen, but after a long flight, what guests need is clear communication and proper assistance so they can rest as soon as possible.

What disappointed me the most was how the hotel handled an issue after checkout. When checking out, my parents proactively waited and informed the staff that they could come up to inspect the room, but they were told it was not necessary. Later that same afternoon, the hotel contacted us and immediately sent two photos of our ID cards, along with a demand for compensation for a small hole in the bedsheet, the amount to be paid, and a request to send a screenshot of the payment receipt. I was genuinely taken aback by this approach, as there was no greeting, explanation, or discussion before the compensation demand was made.

I decided to pay the compensation right away, even though there was practically no way for me to verify the claim. When I asked why this had not been brought up during checkout, the hotel explained that the hole was too small for the staff to notice and that they had trusted guests to report such issues themselves, so they had not checked the room carefully. My parents simply did not notice it either; they certainly did not deliberately hide anything, as the hotel’s approach seemed to imply.

Inspecting the condition of a room before and after each guest’s stay is a necessary part of running an accommodation business. If any damage is discovered, the hotel should provide clear evidence and communicate transparently with the guest, ideally during checkout, before requesting compensation, rather than automatically assuming the guest is responsible.

What really bothered me was the way the situation was handled and the way the hotel communicated with its guests. Sending photos of our ID cards directly in a compensation demand, along with the rather forceful tone, made me feel disrespected. After I made the payment, the only response I received was a thank-you for paying, followed by the comment that otherwise, the staff member would have had to pay for it themselves. There was no acknowledgment of our unpleasant experience, let alone an apology.

At the end of the day, isn’t the customer’s experience and how they feel what matters most in the hospitality business, Pin Truong Quyen?

I had absolutely no intention of leaving a bad review, but the lack of empathy in the way this situation was handled made me feel that I needed to speak up.

Deserved 1 star.

Location is average and around hotel, there is not restaurant but some cafes and small eateries. About 20-30 minutes to Saigon Centre / Vincom Centre in District 1.
But very near to airport, about 15 minutes.
