The reception staff were helpful. Unfortunately, our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. We understand that shrimp paste (mắm tôm) has a strong smell; however, the way the male staff member approached us was inappropriate. His facial expression and attitude felt unprofessional and disrespectful. As guests, we expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism at all times. We think the management will address this issue. Hospitality staff are expected to maintain a respectful, well-mannered attitude n educated at all times.

Good stay for the budget
