The hotel is not nearly as nice as the photos imply. Small bugs in beds. Our room was adjacent to the luggage elevator that sounded like a nyc garbage truck and was used as early as 6am. We checked out early after one night.

Beautiful rooms with poolside balcony in reasonable price. I stayed here for one night and loved almost everything about the hotel. Courteous staff, cosier rooms, clean bathroom with bathtub. There is a nice mild fragrance in all the towels. Bicycles available free of cost. It is located little bit away from the main road but it doesn't matter. Highly recommended by #travelwithpal

Memority Villa is a good place to spend a couple of nights in Hoi An. The rooms are big and well furnished and staff is extremily well prepared to advise you on organizing your trip around Vietnam. The ladies at the reception organized for us all the details of our trip to an island in the center of the country. They called our hotel and arranged everything, always with the smile and care that only a friend would give you.

We went there in 2016 and thoroughly enjoyed it so we booked again thinking it was going to be even better. We couldn’t have been more wrong and it turned into a disaster from the first night - no hot water !! we will give you another room the following day they said when I complained. The following day we were given the room we had in 2016, things are looking up we said but a combination of factors (Covid and lack of Investment) put the dampers on it. In 2016 breakfast was a buffet with a nice variety of of things for all tastes included in the price BUT in 2022 you had to order from a set menu and pay for an inedible set meal which I wouldn’t give to a dog. We also hired a motorcycle from the hotel and I’m convinced it was the same one I hired from them in 2016 with no lights on the rear and a brake that worked sporadically. All in all a very disappointing experience from a hotel which we thought had come through the Covid pandemic a little unscathed. SO VERY SAD TO EXPERIENCE THIS. I don’t think they will ever get over this

Absolutely amazing value for money for a clean daily serviced room by a quality swimming pool. The staff are very helpful and booked me on a great trip to My Son ancient city with Venus travel. I then wanted to go to some not so popular destinations and they helped me book a private car at a very competitive rate. Very good value very professional and friendly staff. This was my second visit to this hotel since August. I will continue to return as I live an work in Vietnam.
