Great experience! The rooms were clean and lovely, and the service was excellent! We arrived by night bus in the middle of the night, and we still got great service with a bathroom and a place to chill while we were waiting. The laundry service was very helpful too! A cosy and nice place to stay in hoi an!

Helen and crew were amazing hosts. Friendly, responsive and very helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. the shower took a little getting used to, but all in all a great spot. The constant rain in Hoi An kept us indoors and everything pretty wet but housekeeping offers same day laundry and there is a common area to chill and hang out when the weather keeps you in. Overall had a wonderful stay at Phoenix and Helen was a fantastic host. Would stay again and hope for some dry, sunny days to enjoy the lovely pool next time
