나쁜 빌라, 직원들이 친절하지 않음, 욕실에 휴지가 없음, 방이 작고, 개미와 크래커가 사방에 있고, 에어컨이 좋지 않음, 복귀 불가...... 너무 안타까움, 여기서 나쁜 경험을 했습니다. 저는 여행을 많이 다니지만 이곳은 최악의 빌라입니다. 쉬기에 좋은 곳을 선택하고자 하는 사람이라면 누구나 고려해 보아야 합니다. - 직원들이 열정적이고 친절하지 않습니다. 저는 그들의 서비스를 이용하기 위해 돈을 썼지만 마치 무언가를 요구하는 것 같았고, 그들의 태도는 무례했습니다. - 객실 위생이 깨끗하지 않았고, 변기에서 끔찍한 냄새가 났고, 손님들이 사용할 휴지가 없었지만 다행히 가져왔고, 모든 구석에 개미가 기어다녔습니다. - 에어컨이 제대로 작동하지 않습니다. - 서비스 가격표에는 맥주와 다른 생수가 판매되지만, 손님들은 맥주를 마시는 것이 금지되어 있습니다. 여행을 가는 것이 통제받는 것 같습니다. - 주방을 사용하여 요리할 수 있다고 되어 있지만 손님들이 사용할 때 귀찮습니다. 아침 식사를 제공하는 직원이 있지만 늦은 밤에 숟가락과 그릇을 빌리러 내려오는 것은 귀찮습니다. - 위치가 멀리 있습니다. 너무 끔찍해

Room wasn’t cleaned upon arrival. Dirt on the floor, hairs in the bed, someone had shaved and the hairs were on the sink and the towels, there were a lot of animals on the floor. I left a soda in the room, and when we came back around 3 hours later, it was basically an anthill.

We booked this hotel for a 3 night stay in Hoi An. Upon our arrival the room looked good and it was comfy and clean. The staff were helpful with getting us checked in and showing us to our room/switching the air con on for us. They were attentive and friendly as we were coming and going also. However on our third night we discovered a small infestation of small ants all over the floor of our room and in one of our luggages in all of the clothes. Upon reporting it to the staff at the front desk they seemed irritated and brought some bug spray up, sprayed a few corners of the room and went to leave again. They were very hesitant to give us a new room when asked (they were crawling everywhere) and said they were fully booked. I asked again and said we would be going elsewhere and they found us another room. We arrived at the new room and went out only to come back to find more ants in the new room, this time in the bed and all over the side tables and a lizard in the bathroom (this was all away from the luggage that had been infested, which had been thoroughly de-anted with raid and shaking outside before entering the new room and sealed in the corner). At this point we decided to cut our losses and found somewhere elsewhere to stay. For the most part this stay was enjoyable and the pool was very nice, and the rooms were clean.
