I arrived shattered after a 28 hour journey to be met with a message that the hotel had changed management & would not be honouring the price booked on a well known booking site. The poor girl at reception was working under instruction from her owner. I initially argued my case but then decided when offered to cancel & book elsewhere.

We booked 3 days there and both rooms had only 2 bottles of water for the first day. Come on this is a hotel. I have a very small motel but we still give one customer a bottle of water every single day but here we stayed for 3 days and got only 1 bottle of water for the first day and thats it. I dont know about my sisters room but my room the bell door didnt work, the thing in the washroom was broken. Too bad I didnt take pictures because I really didn’t want to give negative reviews but I still can’t get over the mad feelings when we didn’t even get the very basic service. I dont know how they can get all that positive reviews
