Owner is nice and helpful Location near Han river.

We found the hotel comfortable and ticked all the bowed for the price. The staff very extremely friendly, booking excursions and transfers - even ensuring we had a packed breakfast for an early trip to the airport. The location was prime for the markets but on a quiet Rd. The pool was a great area to enjoy a cold beverage and cool off.

A lovely hotel, with the most friendly and kind staff. They are happy to help you and tell you where you should go for clothes, dentist, food etc. the pool is nice and cool and a good size. The breakfast is probably one of the best we have had in Vietnam. Attached is an Italian restaurant and bar which is also nice!

Fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. Loved the pool which was wonderful with the extremely hot weather. Clean rooms and walking distance to everything. The staff were amazing especially Tai, Yen and Martin.

This is a lovely hotel with great staff. Family owned who were very attentive and friendly Our room was quite small but it had everything we needed and full of character. A mini lantern was left as a gift. We had a flood in our room but the staff all came together and moved us and all our belongings to another room straight away, so no time wasted in our day of sightseeing. We had an amazing massage/facial at the spa, probably the best I’ve ever experienced. The pool was quite cold but refreshing in the humidity. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and eggs cooked to order, very pleasant staff and very clean and spacious dining room All in all a lovely few days spent in Hoi An on our way travelling north. Hoi An is a wonderful place to visit and this was the perfect place to stay.

I had a great and deeply colorful experience at the Thuy Duong 3 Boutique hotel in Vietnam. The room was almost resort like for the price [great value], extremely comfortable, the staff were friendly, and for someone who wanted to get away at the loss of of a parent, everything went well. But what stood out most was the warmth of the associates and the help I got all round. A clear stand out was a lady called Mỹ Yến. I got caught in the rain storm, and in between stops at shops...I lost the beautiful hotel umbrella. She knew what to do, to make things feel better, and the Italian hotel manager found out what happened, and went further to try and make my already pleasant stay - even more pleasant. I’m already looking forward to coming back — this time with my wife and kids. Highly, highly and absolutely recommend this place - thats also great value!
